ASEAN人材育成協同組合The purpose of this policy is to conduct joint projects necessary for the partner, promote voluntary economic activities of the partners, and improve their economic status, based on the spirit of mutual assistance of the partners.

In Japan, the industrial structure is changing at a speed beyond our imagination in the midst of the deflationary recession from the bursting of the bubble economy to the present, with rapid technological innovation, informationization, and globalization. If we cannot respond to changes in the industrial structure, the environment surrounding companies will become even more severe.
Searching for new added value in a new industrial structure is an important issue for us small and medium-sized enterprises.
In addition, in order for we small and medium-sized enterprises to work with large companies and develop them more, it is also important to gather their respective strengths and supplement each other with the shortcomings of small scale.
Under these circumstances, based on the spirit of mutual assistance of our union members, we believe that it is desirable to share each other's technologies, information, and accumulated know-how, and to promote and implement joint projects, and we have come to the establishment.
